Skye Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A gateway dram from Scotlands only distillery on Skye, Talisker Skye was launched in 2015 to offer a softer, more approachable expression of the iconic Talisker style. Matured in a blend of refill and toasted American oak casks, it showcases maritime smoke, citrus brightness, and gentle warming spice at 45.8% ABV.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Opens with bright citrusfresh orange and green appleunderlined by honeyed oak, vanilla ice cream, and a whisper of coastal smoke and seaweed. Palate: Smooth and medium-bodied, offering honey & toasted oak, zesty apple turnover, lemon peel, fennel seed and gentle salty smoke that evolves into black pepper.

Finish: Drying and lingeringsavoury maritime salinity, soft embers, spice and a touch of sweet smoke. Serving Suggestions:Best neat or with a splash of water to coax out citrus and smoke interplay.
